Farzaneh Amiryazdani works at State Welfare Organisation as an Expert Advisor on social welfare for the past 23 years.
She graduated with a Bachelor (1994-1998) and Master degree (2001-2005) in social work from the University of Social Welfare and Rehabilitation Science. At the moment, she is a PhD candidate in Sociology at Tehran Islamic Azad university, focusing on victims and offenders of domestic violence.
Her main field of work, research and passion is about improving the situation of women who are victims of domestic violence.
In 2015, she presented the plan for the women’s shelter for the first time in Iran. She is now working as an expert advisor as well as having the responsibility as a manager, monitoring the implementation of this project in all states of the country. |
