Leila Rahimi is a PhD candidate at Victoria University, Victoria, Australia; currently working as a Senior Policy Officer at the Center for Workforce Excellence, Family Safety Victoria.

Her expertise is in the area of Policy development and project management in victim-survivor specialist family violence services, development of practice and operational guidance materials and procedures in specialist family violence services, conducting research into policies, legislation and regulations on service interventions and risk management processes and managing regional and national/statewide projects; accountable for the planning, budgeting, execution and review of projects.
