Somaye Noshadi is a rehabilitation manager and community worker who graduated from Semnan University of Medical Science (Iran). She has been focused on developmental an empowerment models to unite members of these groups to work toward a common goal, as well as, involved in the implementation of micro-financing and social entrepreneurship programs.
